Good teamwork fosters engaged employees who deliver top performance
Building a team with a group of people where each individual can express their own competencies and ambitions, and where the team performance exceeds expectations, is what excites me. It is not only about the relationship between the individual and the team, but also the connection between the hard side of team functioning (overt aspects) and the soft side (covert aspects). TeamUP provides a very effective methodology in this regard.
I love clear communication, sometimes confrontational but always with respect for the individual and often with a good dose of humor. I am capable of conveying complex issues in understandable language and making the connection between strategic visions and daily activities. Teams I work with express that they have to work hard but also gain a lot of energy and experience significant growth as a team in a short period.
I studied Organizational Anthropology at VU University in Amsterdam and completed various courses and training programs, including Nima A and B, a certificate in Psychological Capital, and the postgraduate program in Management Consulting (PGOMC). I am a guest lecturer at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in the field of Strategy & Innovation within the Master's program in Legal Management and chair of the Advisory Committee on Social Policy at OLVG Hospital.
